Mary is a London-based chef, illustrator and architectural designer whose work focuses on seasonal food pairing, ecology and community solidarity.
​
Currently working as a plant-based recipe developer and a sustainable chef, preparing meals for hostels and community centres across London using surplus food.
She also creates animated illustrations of architecture, plants and various scenes for clients, such as housing developers, herbal shops, and music artists.
Her academic background is in architecture, where her chosen field of study was urban agroecology, more-than-human design and future technologies.
